Premium Care Solutions Shortlisted in Two Categories at the Neurological and Complex Care Awards 2026
1 September 2026
Premium Care Solutions (PCS) is delighted to announce that it has been shortlisted for Best Neurological Care Provider, and Registered Manager Hayley Clancy-Ugwu has been shortlisted for Manager of the Year, at the Neurological and Complex Care Awards 2026.
The awards celebrate excellence and outstanding achievement across the neurological and complex care sector, recognising individuals, teams and organisations delivering high-quality, person-centred care. Categories span the full health and social care workforce, from acute, residential and community care providers to clinicians, therapists, volunteers and suppliers of innovative products and services, all united by a shared commitment to outstanding practice and innovation.
Best Neurological Care Provider
PCS was founded in 2015 by brother and sister Amrit Dehal, Managing Director, and Jin Garcha, Clinical Director, with a shared commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred care for children and adults with complex needs. Built on clinical excellence, governance and compassion, the organisation supports clients to achieve improved independence and quality of life.
PCS draws on 173 years of combined clinical expertise across adult and children’s nursing, pharmacy and occupational therapy. Each care package is supported by a dedicated care manager and clinical care manager, ensuring continuity, accountability and truly personalised support. With over 350 staff, PCS currently supports 54 active complex care packages and has supported around 150 individuals in total, with care delivered by physiotherapists, occupational therapists, nurses, speech and language therapists and behavioural specialists, underpinned by digital care tracking and real-time clinical oversight.
This multidisciplinary approach, combined with regular outcome reviews and care tailored to individual rehabilitation goals, helps promote independence, improve client and family experience, and support long-term recovery and community reintegration.
Manager of the Year
This category recognises a manager who demonstrates exemplary leadership and development within neuro rehabilitation or complex care settings, having effectively implemented best practices, managed resources efficiently, and contributed to the enhancement of service delivery.
Since joining PCS in 2022 and later becoming Registered Manager in 2025, Hayley Clancy-Ugwu has strengthened company culture, improved accountability, and championed high-quality, person-centred care.
Hayley has driven wide-ranging improvements across governance, audit, supervision and care planning, ensuring processes better reflect client goals, equality and protected characteristics, while championing workforce development through leadership programmes and refreshed training and competency frameworks. With a background in quality improvement, her approach shows that robust governance and person-centred care go hand in hand, building accountability, consistency and capability across the organisation.
Commenting on the shortlistings, Jin Garcha, Founder and Clinical Director, said:
“We’re incredibly proud that Premium Care Solutions has been shortlisted for Best Neurological Care Provider, and thrilled that Hayley Clancy-Ugwu has been shortlisted for Manager of the Year. Hayley’s leadership has had a real, tangible impact on our culture, our governance and the quality of care we deliver, and this recognition is thoroughly deserved. Both nominations reflect the dedication of our whole team, who bring clinical expertise and genuine compassion to everything we do.”
The winners will be announced at the awards ceremony on 27th October 2026.
